I arrived at the hotel by taxi and accidentally left my mobile phone behind. The staff at Carris quickly came to my rescue, contacting the taxi driver and arranging for my phone to be returned within minutes. The honesty of the taxi driver and the helpfulness of the hotel staff were truly heartwarming. Additionally, the room was clean and well-furnished, the breakfast had plenty of choices, and the hotel offered its own underground car park for convenience.

I always come back here for my stay because the staff gave me local info on my first stay. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/ lounge area, and a gym. It has everything I need for a city break.
